This blocker is structurally unresolvable by code. The Base44 BaaS platform must provide written confirmation of RTO ≤ 4h, RPO ≤ 1h, PITR availability, and multi-region failover capability before Phase 1 can be stamped FULLY CLOSED.
Required SLA Parameters for Trust Center:
- Database backup frequency and retention period
- Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR) availability and granularity
- RTO commitment ≤ 4 hours
- RPO commitment ≤ 1 hour
- Multi-region failover capability documentation
